Good afternoon friends,

I trust that you are well? So many people seem to be succumbing to the Covid virus at the moment, I’m sorry if you are one of those. Take care of yourself and give yourself proper recovery time – getting busy again too quickly doesn’t seem to serve people very well – take the time you need, and let me know if I can help in any way.

My week began in a lovely way again, praying in the churches in Llandegfedd, Tredunnock, and Llanhennock. I am so hopeful for our communities, God is at work, all we have to do is listen, watch, and join in with what he has already begun. Can you see what that is? Please do let me know if I am missing any opportunities or potential!

On Monday 4th April my day looks like this – 

10-12pm Coed y Paen (Cilla please can I pop in and get the key from you?)

12.30-2.30pm Llanbadoc

3-5pm Llangybi

I’ve been messing about on the internet a little bit today – I expect you are well aware of my twice weekly Just Five Minutes recordings, which are really just gentle rambles with some prayer and bible verses. I try to capture the mood of the moment, and offer opportunities to reflect, and be encouraged and comforted. So, where’s all this going?

When I first landed in the Ministry Area, we had to have all our worship online so I set up a YouTube channel. I have also been posting the JFM videos on there, as well as on Facebook. This channel has become almost solely for the JFM now, and we will not need an Usk MA YouTube channel when the new MA is formed, so I have rebranded! The YouTube channel is now called Just Five Minutes, and it is my personal channel. It will continue to have videos twice a week, you can find it here –
